K.E. McCartney & Associates, Inc. is a full service civil engineering and surveying firm operating since 1978. Over this period, a heavy emphasis has been placed on transportation planning and design; construction administration and inspection; water/wastewater collection and treatment, storm water management; site development, and land planning.
KEM also offers right of way planning and acquisition services including negotiation, appraisal, appraisal review, title search, and closing services. KEM has offices in Mansfield and Elyria, Ohio.
