KEM Takes Innovative Wastewater Treatment Design to Construction
with the Shenandoah Wastewater
Treatment Plant
A preliminary engineering study was authorized by the Richland County Commissioners to determine feasible options to handle wastewater treatment for the unincorporated Hamlet of Shenandoah. KEM took an "out-of-the-box" approach to the study due in part to the high cost associated with treating so few households.
