EXPERTISE:

Prior to joining KEM, Mr. Boyd was with the Ohio Department of Transportation during which time he was involved in all facets of highway construction projects. Chris has extensive construction contract administration and plan review experience including five IR-71 reconstruction projects and three projects for the relocation of US 30 in Richland and Crawford Counties. The estimated construction cost for these projects are in excess of 200 million dollars. Chris also has extensive experience with Local Let Projects, working closely with Local Agencies to ensure compliance with contract requirements and to monitor project progress. Chris’s responsibilities at KEM include construction contract administration, constructability plan review, coordination of inspectors and monitoring of project progress and budgets to ensure that they are completed on time and within cost constraints as established by the owner.
