EXPERTISE:
Mr. McCartney has been President of KEM since 1994 during which time the
firm has realized a steady and healthy growth of both revenues and personnel.
Brian believes strongly that to stay competitive in the consulting industry
takes a commitment to constantly reinvest. This commitment is illustrated
through KEM's state of the art office complex and technical support equipment.
Our goal is to treat every client with the respect they deserve and provide
them with the quality product they demand.
Brian began his career as a member of the KEM survey crew in 1983 and
held many positions with the company from field survey to design. By working
through the company from the ground up Brian gained a wealth of knowledge
with regards to the plan preparation process and what it takes to keep
a project on schedule and within budget. As President, Brian takes full
responsibility for all KEM projects – “my father’s name
is attached to every job we do, and I take that responsibility very seriously.”
