Ms. Birschbach’s experience includes highway design, stormwater
management system design and site development for both residential and
commercial projects. Lori’s responsibilities include roadway design,
plan preparation, stormwater and sanitary sewer design, preparation of
site layout, grading plans and utilities plans, SWPP plans for both roadway
and site development, coordination of sub-consultants, coordination with
governing bodies and utilities for meetings, reviews, approvals and permits,
specifications and quantities.
