EXPERTISE:
Mr. Donahue’s experience at KEM dates back to 1994 and includes
title research, right of way plan design, preparation of boundary surveys
and legal descriptions, construction observation and miscellaneous right
of way acquisition services. Pat’s construction experience includes
utility identification, interpreting and enforcing contract documents,
equipment inspection, start-up and recording daily construction progress,
filling out miscellaneous O.D.O.T. inspection forms, all aspects of roadway
observation and bridge inspections. Pat is also responsible for the preparation
of annexation plats, ALTA surveys, easement plats, legal descriptions,
topographic surveys, and field survey staking coordination.
