Mrs. Durbin has extensive experience in all phases of the accounting field, and has completed training for the Axium Engineering Accounting Software utilized by KEM. Valerie's responsibilities include: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, financial reports, and all other accounting related services required to maintain efficient operations. Valerie has been a member of the KEM staff since its inception in 1978, all of which has been spent in the administration and accounting side of the business.

Kerry Dunlap

Mrs. Dunlap has been with KEM since 2004. Kerry's background is in the human resource field as well as accounting services. Kerry's responsibilities at KEM include human resourcing and various accounting duties which include payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Lydia Reid
Director of Marketing
Expertise:
Mrs. Reid is the former Mayor of Mansfield, Ohio (population 51,000) where she served 14 years before retiring due to term limits. Prior to serving as Mayor, Lydia was the City of Mansfield's Finance Director for six years. As a "hands on" Mayor directly involved in all operations of the City, a $1,000,000 Brownfield grant was received and a new Industrial Park was completed and now contains 67 new businesses. A second 400 acre industrial park was created during her tenure and will be complete in early 2009. Many in local government will remember Lydia as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Ohio Municipal League and former President of that organization. "I am very pleased to be working with KEM. I know it to be a first class firm with a 30 year record of providing quality engineering services throughout Ohio". Lydia's duties at KEM include Director of Marketing and Grant/Financial Planning Coordination.
