Storm Water Management
K.E. McCartney & Associates, Inc. has the experience and expertise to assist communities in developing plans for the mitigation of storm water problems in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Ohio is currently in an era of exploding urbanization, resulting in increased awareness of storm water issues and regulations.
Phase II of the National Storm Water Program has become a reality. Numerous communities and other operators of Municipal Storm Water Systems are required to comply with NPDES Phase II Storm Water Regulations. At a minimum, it is necessary to develop and submit a Storm Water Management Plan and Notice of Intent to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. This plan must address the Six Minimum Control measures as defined by OEPA and be fully implemented as specified by OEPA. KEM personnel have experience with the Ohio EPA along with the permitting requirements that are encountered with pubic and private improvement projects.
